MEET OUR THERAPISTS

KYNDSI SUNDBERG, MA, AMFT

As a child and family therapist, Kyndsi understands the essential role that nurturing strong connections between parents and children plays in their overall well-being. She believes one of the greatest gifts we can give children is the support, encouragement, and confidence to be their authentic selves. Like all of us, children flourish when they feel seen, valued, and validated in their emotions, experiences, and behaviors. Confident parents create confident children, and Kyndsi is here to help you build on your strengths and explore new strategies to foster a calm, secure, and supportive home environment.

Kyndsi specializes in working with children experiencing emotional or behavioral concerns, supporting new parents and coparents, and providing perinatal and postpartum mental health support. She also works with couples around communication and intimacy, healing family of origin attachment wounds, and helping adult individuals navigate issues of self-esteem.

Kyndsi’s approach is compassionate and trauma-informed, rooted in an understanding of how stress affects the body. With warmth and gentleness, she integrates mindfulness, radical acceptance, and creative practices to support your healing and growth. Together, we’ll celebrate your worth and create lasting, positive change in your life and relationships.

As a couple and family therapist, Sielle believes that language is a powerful tool in facilitating healing.. When language is combined with genuine warmth, authenticity, and  therapeutic care, people can feel empowered, and wounds can begin to repair. Sielle aims to  provide a safe and welcoming space for people to help them uncover their strengths. Human connection truly is so powerful, and genuine curiosity and active listening can change a person’s entire perspective. Sielle believes that everyone has a story to tell, and this story deserves to be listened to! These stories help to shape our lives in many ways, and therapeutic language and perspective can help people live the story they  choose. Mental health can have a huge impact on many facets of our lives, and therapy is a way  to compassionately connect the dots.

Sielle works with couples, families, individuals, and children. She has experience working with anxiety,  depression, disordered eating, and life transition issues. Sielle also works with clients who struggle with relational transitions, such as the transition to parenthood, premarital counseling, and divorce. She believes that every person is equipped with their own unique skill sets that can help them in and out of the therapy room. These skills are often buried in the harmful stories we tell ourselves, but these stories can be edited and rewritten. She wholeheartedly believes in providing culturally sensitive and competent care to each and every client.

Sielle is passionate about creating an empathetic, nonjudgmental space where you can be fully yourself! She strives to cultivate a therapeutic bond based on trust and authenticity. She wants therapy  to be collaborative, because clients are the experts on their own life. Therapy sessions should be unique to you and your goals, and Sielle wants to ensure that you feel heard. She takes a systemic approach that prioritizes the impacts that culture, power imbalances, and larger societal systems can have on your life, while also attending to your personal narratives. She aims to facilitate healing by offering compassionate perspectives and attentive listening.
